Shipping policy

Where We Deliver

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping for 12 oz coffee bags and 12-count coffee pod packs is $5 per delivery. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or international destinations.

From Order to Delivery

Your coffee is prepared and shipped from California. Orders generally ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. Standard delivery generally takes another 1–5 business days after the carrier receives your package. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

These are estimated timeframes. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a full refund. We will not keep an unshipped order open indefinitely without your agreement.

You will receive tracking information when it becomes available. A shipping label can be created before the carrier collects your package, so the first tracking update may take time to appear. If delivery appears delayed, Contact Zaya with your order number so we can help.

Address Changes

Please check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting. We will try to make the change, but cannot confirm it until we have checked whether the order can still be updated. A change may no longer be possible once the order is being prepared or has shipped.
