Zaya Coffee is operated by Ryan McHugh. These terms apply to purchases at zayacoffee.com. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that purchase.

Your Order

Review your coffee, grind, quantity, delivery address and email address before completing checkout. Our coffees are offered in 12 oz bags, with Whole Bean and Ground options as shown on each product page. Please choose the option that suits your brewing equipment.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We use the email address supplied at checkout for order and shipping updates.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Review the final total, including any applicable discounts and charges, at checkout before submitting payment. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping and Order Changes

Standard shipping for 12 oz coffee bags and 12-count coffee pod packs is $5 per delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Coverage, processing and delivery estimates, tracking information, and our approach to delays are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Contact us immediately if an order detail needs correcting. A requested change is not confirmed until we have checked whether the order can still be updated. Changes may no longer be possible once preparation or shipping has begun.

Problems With an Order

For damaged, incorrect or missing items, or questions about a refund, contact hello@zayacoffee.com with your order number. Our Refund Policy explains the available remedies and how to request help. These terms do not replace that policy or limit rights you have under applicable law.
