Coffee, Grind & Care

Choose Whole Bean if you have a grinder and want to grind for your brewing method. Ground is a drip grind for a drip coffee maker. Both options contain 12 oz (340 g).

Storage. After opening, store your coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry cupboard, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. For Whole Bean, grind only what you need just before brewing.

Our Lightest Roast.
Another Way In.

Sunwoven is medium-light: the lightest roast in our collection. Its milk chocolate and caramel notes offer familiar sweetness, with fruit to discover alongside them.

Rainlight is medium; Stonebloom is medium-dark. Roast helps you navigate the collection. Each coffee also has its own origin and process.

What Natural Means

Dried in the
Whole Cherry.

Sunwoven’s coffee cherries dry whole in the sun, with the fruit still surrounding the beans.

After drying, the outer fruit is removed. This is the natural process—and the starting point for Sunwoven’s name.

Follow the Process

Coffee begins inside a fruit called a cherry. For a natural-process coffee, the harvested cherries dry whole. The surrounding fruit is removed after drying, before the beans are roasted.

That time in the sun is the idea behind Sunwoven. The process is one part of its story; origin, roast and the way you brew bring the rest into your cup.

A Good Find, Shared

One Cup Changed
What I Looked For.

While traveling, I was served a pour-over with an amber glow and a flavor I hadn’t expected from coffee. That cup changed what I looked for in my morning brew—and became the starting point for Zaya.

Sunwoven carries that curiosity forward. Milk chocolate and caramel notes give you a familiar place to begin; fruit invites you to explore further.

Its name follows the natural process: whole coffee cherries, dried in the sun.
