Zaya Coffee Subscriptions

Your subscription repeats the coffee, Whole Bean or Ground option, and quantity you choose. Select delivery every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Four weeks means every 28 days, rather than once each calendar month.

The current subscription price is $22 per 12 oz bag, compared with the one-time price of $25 per bag. Shipping is $5 per delivery. Your first order is charged at checkout. Your saved payment method is then charged automatically on your selected schedule until you cancel. Your order summary shows the recurring amount and frequency. Applicable tax is additional; delivery is available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Skip, Pause or Cancel

Sign in to your Zaya account, open Subscriptions, and select your subscription. You can skip an upcoming order, pause deliveries, or cancel future renewals. Make the change before the next scheduled charge to avoid that order. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged.

For an order already placed, contact hello@zayacoffee.com as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may no longer be possible once coffee preparation begins. Our Refund Policy applies to those orders, including damaged, incorrect or missing items and your rights under applicable law.
